Food, glorious food — one of the highlights of travel, long, short or indefinite. This blog is dedicated to the lovely stuff — where to eat it, how to cook it, where to find it, with a dose of “WFT was that?!”
I’ve travelled to 50 countries around the world, been travelling constantly for the last two years, and am looking at adding a few more countries over the next few years. I’ve also written on food for national newspapers in my home town of the UK, and edited a book of food.
I’ve eaten things from Kobe beef to Loch Fyne oysters, from dragonflies to jellyfish, from duck bill to chicken feet. So I guess you’d call me an adventurous eater. I like my steak bloody and my veggies fresh, and I find it hard to pass a market without picking the stuff I’ve never seen before.
Want to know more about me? You can catch up on where I’m at and where I’m up to at EscapeArtistes. Enjoy!
